How to resize your signature to 10KB
Many exam portals reject a signature that is over 10 KB or the wrong pixel size. This tool fixes both at once: it scales your scanned or photographed signature to 140×60 pixels, places it on a clean white background, and compresses it to just under 10 KB. Upload your signature above, keep the Signature 10KB preset selected, and click Resize & compress.
Get a clean result at 10KB
10 KB is a tight limit, so the clearer your source, the better:
- Sign on plain white paper with a dark black pen.
- Crop tightly around the signature before uploading — remove empty space.
- Avoid shadows and coloured or patterned backgrounds.
Is it safe?
Yes. Your signature is processed entirely inside your browser and is never uploaded to any server. Nothing is saved or shared — important for a document as personal as your signature.
Need a different size?
Change the KB target to 20 KB for portals that allow it, or open the full photo & signature resizer to set any exact size and pixel dimensions, including exam photos and visa photos.

Will it work on my phone? Yes — it runs in any modern mobile or desktop browser, no app needed.
